Terms
Terms of use.
Written to be read. If anything here looks unfair or ambiguous, write to us and we will revisit it.
What the service is
SysCodeLab is a practice platform. The challenges and solutions are educational material: they are not engineering consultancy, not a recommendation for your production system, and not a guarantee of any interview outcome.
Your account
One account per person. You are responsible for access to it and for what you write there. If you think someone else got into your account, tell us.
Credits
A credit is a unit of use inside the platform. It is not money, it is not transferable and it does not turn into a refund. Today credits are handed out for free at signup and cannot be bought. If the service shuts down, unused credits go with it.
Challenge content
The prompts, materials and solutions are ours. You can study them, apply them at work and discuss them with anyone. You cannot republish them as your own, resell them, or use them to build a competing product.
What you write
Your answers are yours. We may look at them in aggregate to understand where challenges confuse people and improve them. We do not publish your answer under your name without your permission.
Product stage
This is an MVP. Things change, break and get rebuilt. We do our best not to lose what you wrote, but the service is provided as is, with no availability guarantee.
Ending it
You can stop using it whenever you like and ask for account deletion by email. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, try to game credits, or redistribute the content.
Governing law
